Shipping Policy

We ship all items United  Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, unless otherwise requested. (United States of America) Overseas shipments require pre-authorization for correct billing. Alternative shipping is available but must be requested via phone call or email prior to ordering.

NO REFUNDS - Unless damaged in shipping. If damaged  in shipping a replacement will be shipped when the damaged item (s) is returned and received. Email for pre-authorization and shipping arrangements.
